老貓頹廢荒唐過日子 O'Cat's Degenerate Lifestyle

之前老闆已經跟我說過胡志明市開了一家Hard Rock Cafe呢！我說︰「真還是假？」之後我就忘記這個事情，直到某天下午開車經過才發現原本Hard Rock Cafe真的是有。就是位於Diamond Plaza 對面而已，是不是很近市中心呢？ Hard Rock Cafe - The Offical Food of Rock，真的呢~ 我之前在拉斯維加斯去過，但是印象中是很吵很多人的地方，可能因為在拉斯維加斯的是Hard Rock Hotel + Cafe+ Casino，所以人比較多。

原本小花小姐打算去吃法國料理，誰知中午沒開﹔所以我就決定要去吃吃這裡的Hard Rock Cafe。門口大大的寫著"Hard Rock CAFE" 我想有近視的人沒帶眼睛都看得見。靠近大門就會有人幫你開門，看到照片中的黑衣人嗎？就是他啦！餐廳是位於地下室，一進門左邊有一條樓梯可以下去。

沿著樓梯下去就會看到侍應笑容可掬的歡迎你。下面餐廳入口也有Hard Rock CAFE的標誌呢！

入口右手邊是酒吧，我們覺得是有點越南風的酒吧！

餐廳的最裡面就是Stage，你可以請侍應幫你拍照，每個人離開前都會上去拍一下﹔但是我不喜歡拍照，所以只拍Stage就好了。星期六日晚上才會有 Live Music。由7月10日晚上9pm-11:30pm，有Blue Brother的Live，門票150.000d，飲料另算︰Jager Shot: 30.000d, Coors Light:45.000d, Bucket for 5 Coors:190.000d。

空間還蠻大的，有分吸煙和非吸煙區，我在想是不是上一點點的是吸煙區？餐廳裝潢當然小不了明星的海報，衣服和樂器等東西。我懶得走來走去拍照，想看就親自來看吧！ (對不起，我懶！)

中午有Lunch Set，價格還蠻平民化的，我點了BBQ Chicken好像110.000d，價錢我真的忘了！配菜是粗的薯條，我最喜歡吃的~還有青菜沙拉！雞本身的味道還算可以，我覺得醃的時間久一點會更好！

小花小姐點的Half Ribs好像100.000，價錢我真的忘了！豬肋排真的不錯吃~ 比起雞來說，這個比較容易處理。更好笑的說︰小花小姐吃完，我才剛把雞吃到一半，我在問為什麼她可以吃得這麼快，她說她也覺得很奇怪為什麼我會這麼慢，後來結論是︰因為我要慢慢的把雞肉弄出來，花了一點時間！

甜點和小花小姐一同分享的Fresh Apple Cobbler (120.000d)，我個人覺得還有點小貴的。我們點的時間侍應說這個很甜，我覺得只是吃下面的蘋果派部分會很甜，但是配上Vanilla冰淇淋吃就很好吃！

吃飽飯，離開前還可以去上面 (一進正門就看到)的Hard Rock商品購物！

基本上我覺得這家餐廳感覺不錯，吃中午時間的價位蠻親民的！晚上我想貴一點但是有Live Music應該也是不錯吧！呵~
